If Russia had a distribution set up (per indictment) to release the stolen documents why would they want to contact Trump and his people to give it to them? The Russia/Trump connections are farces. So who did them? How did they know? This is a set up.
If Russia's intent was for Trump to win, why involve him? As indict. says they were going to stage releases of the docs. why take the risk of all those contacts w/ Trump, to give him the "goods" when it was going to be released anyway. The Timing is off as well.
It started b4 Trump was the nominee. The contacts continued after their release. Again makes zero sense. Next, they had access to all these emails but only released some of them? Why not all of them if intent was to destroy Hillary?
If Russia did hack the docs, as the indictment says, the IC knew of it at the time. Why didn't they alert Trump?
If they knew Russia was attacking our election process, how could they not tell a presidential candidate, eventual nominee, of the threat?
Then we are to believe they found out Russia was trying to contact Trump and they didn't work w/ Trump to set up a sting? Instead they chose to say Trump was guilty so let's investigate him?
Is that how our IC works? If the IC was sophisticated enough to know all that Russia did, w/out examining the servers, then they must have known what Trump was doing, w/out the use of the FISA's. So what was the purpose of the FISA's?
Another flaw the dates are specific, so the IC knew this was happening in real time, but let it go on? How much proof did they need?
The indictment also states the Repubs were targets as well. This again makes the case for telling Trump, but they chose not too. Instead they chose to spy on him. They failed Trump.
