Propane Jane: A lot of people say when Trump does this, he's distracting from something, but he's always lurching from tantrum to tantrum. Hard to tell when he's stable.

Propane Jane: Congress has already been briefed on Trump's mental health status, closed-door meetings w/ psychiatrists/psychologists. They've explained what to expect, how to control, what actions they can take.

Propane Jane: We need to raise our voices, say we're worried about treason as well as his mental status. We have to continue to say, "This is not normal!" No one but Congress can act on this.
