National Records of Scotland have also charted the rise (and occasionally fall) of babies being named after Scottish islands: nrscotland.gov.uk/files//statist… Growth in boys named after islands of Lewis and HarrisTrends in girls being named after islands of Skye and Iona
Incidentally the NRS website has a tool where you can chart the popularity of any name. 'Philip' appears to have fallen off a cliff basically the minute I was named. Hard not to take that personally scotland.shinyapps.io/babynames/ Graph showing massive decline in the use of the name Philip
As well as Arya busting into the top 100, since Game of Thrones first went on the telly in 2011, 17 girls have been named Khaleesi in Scotland. There have also been the first recorded uses of Sansa, Theon, Eddard and Jorah - but weirdly no Joffreys or Cerseis...

However I understand the procedural issue (rectifiction versus GATT Art.28 negotiations) to be slightly different

The UK&EU proposals are different but linked.

The EU is only changing tariff quotas, hence “modification” under GATT Art.28

The UK proposes the full range of tariffs as well as tariff quotas. The tariffs are copied and pasted from the EU's hence technical “rectification”

The UK's tariff quotas are a small part of the goods schedule, so the emphasis on rectifiction is fine.

But for tariff quotas the UK will be dragged into Art.28 negotiations for two reasons.

1. The mathematical constraint: the sum of the UK+EU27 quots = present EU28 quotas

Guy N Smith's mother was historical novelist E.M. Weale. He published his first story aged 12 and write 55 more before he turned 17. At his father's insistence he went into banking as a career, before moving into the shotgun trade.

#Today's story to #EndFamilySeparation Four months ago, Dad and 4-month-old entered at the Texas/Mexico border and requested #asylum. Dad and child were immediately separated and the baby put in ORR custody. #FamiliesBelongTogether
Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation
The Mom and Dad now have once weekly Skype calls with their 8-month-old baby. That's right, folks. They Skype with an infant. #EndFamilySeparation #FamiliesBelongTogether
