Every single child in my home: "Mom, look at this! Mom, can you help me? Mom, isn't this funny? Mom, let me explain in detail the structure of my current imaginary world."
Me: *gives up on working on my book*
Every single child in my home: *goes back to playing quietly*
Me: *starts working again*
Every single child in my home: "Mom, I forgot to tell you about this other thing! Mom, he's pushing me. Mom, she started it. Mom, I need your help again!"

I became financially independent in 2008 at age 27. Or as my Father likes to say, I retired. Yeah right. It’s more like you exchange security for total insecurity.
I get asked a lot about how much capital you need to become a full-time investor. That answer will be different for everyone. It’s a personal decision. I was single with no kids living in Lancaster, PA. It was a great time to make that decision.
I would say a much better question is how much pain can you endure.

I do not believe corrupt governments are multi generation conspiracies, but simply short time preference thugs.

Try to free a single child from being chemically lobotomized and the wrath of the state pours down upon you.

But try to prevent 100,000 in 5 years and they don’t care
Try to prevent 5 people from being extorted through income taxation or money printing today and they come after you like e-gold or Cody Wilson.

Try to eliminate money printing globally and create an electronic cash that makes taxation infinitely more difficult in 10 years and 😬
This is great one of the advantages of the #cypherpunk strategy over politics.

Fight where the enemy is weak or disinterested.

Build tools that will change the landscape in the near future.

Don’t try to get power through propaganda in the immediate future.
