⚖️Interesting. Over in Florida where Gubarev is suing Buzzfeed, they’ve filed to seal Anthony Ferrante’s testimony. This case is the same one that was able to depose Christopher Steele in the UK and allegedly is providing that testimony to @ChuckGrassley
Who is Ferrante? Apparently he’s a former “top FBI” agent under Obama admin who was in charge of cyber response (where he clearly failed) but it worked out because now he’s getting paid to “verify” #SteeleDossier claims.
Apparently he’s working on behalf of FTI who is said to be working side by side with Mueller? What a joke that is if true.

Long story that I was going to attempt to thread one day but since we’re here I’ll just explain it. A few years ago McCabe and FISA court sued search engines to NOT populate this data, it was under the guise of National Security of course but pretty sure it had darker intentions.

CIG knows that they're going to lose the battle to delay or get around discovery. So they're getting ahead of themselves, knowing that if Crytek files a complaint with the judge, they would be even more compelled to comply.
From the previous filing, we already knew they were already in a battle over this, and sources tell me that it has been heating up since then. Which explains this filing.
