Ideally, sexual intercourse is a pleasurable encounter between two people. But for many women, sex can be painful and unpleasant. It can lead to intimacy problems and a general lack of sexual fulfillment.
Many women believe that pain is natural to intercourse, they have no idea what causes it and don’t even consider what to do about it. The condition can become more serious, resulting in vaginal abrasions.
many women experience painful intercourse (dyspareunia) at some point in their lives. This genital pain that occurs just before, during or after intercourse. And the location and frequency of the pain varies greatly.
Symptoms
Some women feel sharp stinging pains at the entry of their vagina and others feel the pain deep inside. Others hurt on their cervix. The fact is, no matter where you are feeling the pain, it is mostly related to the same cause.
Dyspareunia occurs with sexual penetration and can occur under certain circumstances, even while inserting a tampon or a toy. New pain (after previously pain-free intercourse), superficial entry pain, deep pain during thrusting, and burning or aching pains are all symptoms.
Causes
•Inadequate lubrication
•Vaginal infection
•Vaginismus
•Tipped uterus-backward position of cervix
•Injury & trauma
•Fear of intimacy
•Irritation or allergic reactions
•Skin disorders
•Psychological problems

Treatment
Because of the wide variety of possible causes, I recommend to check with your doctor for proper evaluation and management.
