I just realized that Twitter doesn't even have a way to report literal fake news, so please report the tweet and the account for posting spam (as close as it gets to fake news). And retweet, since the tweet quoted above has over 10k retweets.

The false news are still being shared widely including by influencers with verified accounts. The story is false, and the pictures & videos employ fake news tactics. Meanwhile Israa continues to be at risk, and it's not helping her family see fake news that say she was beheaded.
I just found out that the likely source of this story is Iranian regime funded channel @PressTV. The Iranian regime is walking in the Russian regime's shoes.

Note that there is no known photo of Israa as an adult. The only picture available of her is as a child, as per this tweet. The picture being circulated is of another Saudi activist, Samar Badawy.
