Thank you for your service in the U.S. Navy. Thank you for your service in the U.S. Senate. Thank you for your willingness to engage in dialogue w/ our Navajo people. Thank you for your example of treating even your most ardent opponents w/ dignity & respect.
And thank you for your principals and courage to stand up to your GOP colleagues and President Trump by casting the deciding vote to sink the repeal of ACA/Obamacare.
Thank you for your commitment, not to be a great party line politician, but to every day be a better human being.
Thank you for your heroism that was exemplified in your character as a POW.
