People use what is clearly poetry and interpret it as history to ignore science. They then do textual gymnastics to explain the the literal garden was OBVIOUSLY destroyed by a literal flood that wiped out all evidence of its existence 🤦🏾♀️.
Can we not just read the story and see a picture of God that creates creators to create along side God, a God that uses words (not violence) to establish dominion and make a beautiful world where people partner with God?
