So till about 2014 I. E. For 65 years Congi govt could build a network of only 95,000 kms of national highway in 65 yrs

In 4 years @narendramodi govt could build 28539 kms of Highways.

Check the stats for 2 lane Highways as on 31st March 2015. 😬

Every road that this govt is building is I guess 4 lane. Koi comparison ho hi nahi sakta.

Thread: on 28th May 2018 me and @chanya_manya decided to take a small detour and go see the #BogibeelBridge over the mighty Brahmaputra River near Dibrugarh during our #RoadTo2019 expedition. Off the highway we were greeted with beautiful tea gardens spanning thousands of acres.

Foundation laid in Jan 1997
Work started in April 2002
Completed only by Modi govt.

Price escalted from 1,767 to 5800 cr
We finally reached and we're greeted with huge machinery and manpower along with security personnel manning the then under construction two storeyed bridge.

And we couldn't believe our eyes. The river. Huge. H. U. G. E. We couldn't see the opposite bank. 😱

Inward of Tomatoes in Pune APMC:
2378 Quintals.
Minimum price: 400
Maximum price: 1000

On 4th Dec: inward was only 1221 Quintals.

On 5th dec: inward was 2040 Quintals.

Pls note the demand supply. Don't pick one data point to say every farmer is getting that
The above data, I am providing, with exact inward and exact minimum and maximum pricing. Day wise. I can give data for last 6 months. Day wise.

Pls do not believe these ppl. They will pick one such case, never talk about quality of produce, and do vulture journalism.

First removing control of APMC over farmer produce and now Cooperative sector taken away frm Cong and NCP. Silent dismantling of entire ecosystem happening. Only aware localites will know. Dist coop banks were controlling the rural economy and Con/NCP wins only on this basis
There are 31 District co-op banks and 300 Agri Produce Market Commissions in Mah.

Imagine, 100% of these were under control of ppl associated with either NCP or INC.

Banks: control credit and money
APMC: control demand and supply of agri produce

Anyone who controls both: King
The entire socio economic center in Rural Maharashtra runs around DCCB's, cooperative mills, APMC's and credit societies.

First move: instead of trying to remove control over APMC, Dev Fadnavis removed control of APMC only. 😂 Epic move.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.

UCC had opportunity to comment on the #Data.Protection & Privacy Bill. The enactment of this law is long overdue. A comprehensive law on the collection & processing personal information gives effect to the right to Privacy envisaged under Article 27(2) of the Constitution
UCC welcome the protections offered by the Bill in terms of export of data, breach notification requirements, data subjects access rights, automated decision making, compensation and the right to be forgotten and provision for financial and penal sanctions for breach of the law.
Distinction between Data collectors & data controllers.
The Bill should however clarify & distinguish Data Collectors, from Data Processors & Data Controllers. Clause 2 is inconsistent with international good practice which provides for two broad categories of Data Controllers
