This is precisely why the ONLY conversation we should be having is how due process can work better.

In short, Bouie talks about moral weaknesses...but the moral weaknesses are people LIKE BOUIE...who will not fight for the standard of due process for all, and instead want to pick and choose moments where morality matters.
