11/ As it goes I think the ECJ will rule that the article 50 is revocable but based on national law rather than EU law
12/ Art 50 makes clear the decision to withdraw is a matter for each member state to determine in accordance with its own national constitutional requirements 
13/ The purpose of article 50 is to make clear that a member state remains sovereign - it can leave if it wants
14/ So if a member state decides to leave that is a decision made based on national law
15/ If it then gives notice a two year clock starts under EU law
16/ But if the member state changes its mind before the end of the two year period in accordance with its own national law then can it withdraw its art 50 notice?
17/ Well, I think yes because if it changes its mind then there is no decision to withdraw.
It would be weird if Art 50 (which is meant to be about national sovereignty) refused to accept a decision made at national level before the end of the 2 years to stay after all
