When the Duke lacrosse rape allegations were made, they were presumed guilty bc they were "privileged" drunk white college boys. After charges were dropped & the DA disbarred, I'd hoped the MSM/leftists would have learned some lessons. 12.5 yrs later, sadly, that is not the case.
Obviously some of the particulars of the BK/CBF case are different, but the commonality is the "privileged white guy." I was taught growing up it's wrong to assume guilt based on race. The left is making it OK again -but it's not. Nor, in a civilized society, should it ever be.
The next time the left starts lecturing people about how they shouldn't use a person's race to determine their guilt, ask them on what basis did theydetermine Brett Kavanaugh's guilt, and then watch as they shut up or try to change the subject to avoid answering.
It's amazing to me that, here we are in 2018 and Dems are doing exactly what they did back in the early to mid 1900s: They're pro-segregating by sex & race (to avoid "triggering") and making it fashionable again to judge a person based on their color. It's sickening. And wrong.
The next time the left complains about how Trump is "trying to incite a race war", ask them if they support college leftists segregating students by sex and race, and judging a man based on if he's "privileged and white" & if so, why is what they're doing any different from him.
