I am a White woman and when I see Black women talking about the 53% of White women who voted for Trump, I don't get upset. They're not talking about me for one. Also, those women have chosen their Whiteness over their humanity. They deserve to be shamed.
I know people think White women get some dispensation from racism, but I don't know why they would ever think that. After all, White women led the partisan realignment from the Dems to the GOP to protect White supremacy. Segregationism was essential to their identity.
It still is which is why vouchers and charter schools are so important to White women, a way to pursue segregates school with a smile and a pretense they aren't as racist as the tiki-torch thugs they are ideological allies with.
Sure, it was men who murdered Emmett Till but only because Carolyn Bryant Donham lied about him. She killed him as surely as they. White women are often the drivers of segregationist policy and racism. Think about the people calling the police.
Cornerstone Caroline, Key Fob Kelly, BBQ Becky, Permit Patty, the Yale student - White women assume the role of policing the public square and that has been a historical role, gladly assumed by the Carolyn Bryant Donham's and Courtyard Carolines for generations.
All of those women, the Beckys, Carolines, Kellys and Pattys are segregationists. They are objecting to Black people in what they define as White. Since they can't hang a "Whites Only" sign, they make being there scary for Black people, threatening their lives with 911
De jure segregation is illegal, but de facto segregation is just a 911 call away.
