He pleaded guilty to two counts of terroristic threats and harassment

You know, @Twitter @TwitterSupport we got a problem here. When you Block someone, that should mean that they are NO LONGER able to interact with your tweets. Your Block is basically the same thing as Muting someone and that's a problem.
I've blocked several problematic and abusive accounts that you've deemed not to be in violation of your TOS, yet they're still interacting with my tweets. I can't see them but I can see other people responding, this is not okay @Twitter @TwitterSupport
I have blocked these people and they should not be able to post on my tweets after a block.....because that is what a block is supposed to do. So what gives, @Twitter @TwitterSupport?
