George Papadopoulos (@GeorgePapa19) has challenged me to prove that I'm a journalist with expert Trump-Russia knowledge. So I've offered to interview him *live on Twitter* to meet his challenge. Please RETWEET if you want Papadopoulos to conduct a live Twitter interview with me.
@GeorgePapa19 2/ To be clear, Papadopoulos was a follower of the feed for a long time, has tweeted "@" me many times, has DMed me, and now calls me out on my Trump-Russia knowledge. This interview request is reasonable based on his knowledge of/interest in me and his claims about my expertise.
3/ @GeorgePapa19, if you are scared of (or for any other reason intimidated by) the prospect of being interviewed by me, I will give you *all the questions I will ask in advance* and *48 hours to prepare*. I can post the questions here on my feed so that all America can see them.
4/ @GeorgePapa19, I already have 10 questions for you prepared. Please confirm that we can do this interview so I can post my questions. I know you've said you don't just want to give interviews to Fox News, which is why you're doing an interview with Maddow. Let's get this done.
5/ I want to give @GeorgePapa19 a lot of credit; he and I are chatting backchannel to see if we can work something out interview-wise. I'll say I do believe *he* believes he was set up, or gives every indication of that belief. I agree with him—but think he was set up by *Flynn*.
@GeorgePapa19 6/ "Set up by Flynn" means Flynn used George as a Trump-Russia cutout (and for other purposes involving Flynn's ties to Israeli intel/Egyptian energy interests). I don't mean Flynn set him up to be charged with a crime—though what he wanted George to do *was* potentially illegal.
