SAHASRA BAAHU TEMPLE.
In a small village called Nagda, some 25 km from Udaipur, Rajasthan, is an ancient Lord Vishnu temple called Sahasra Baahu temple. It was so called bcs the deity was Lord Vishnu with thousand hands.

It was built in 10th century CE by King Mahipala of Kuchchwaha dynasty.
While he constructed the main temple for his wife who was a Lord Vishnu devotee, he later constructed a smaller temple for his daughter in law who was a Lord Shiva devotee.

Though the temple complex was known as Sahasra Baahu temple, in later years, locals started calling it Saas Bahu temple.
Though the deities are no longer there, it has some excellent carvings.
