1/ [Thread with loads of book recommendations] We've done some work at @CPI_foundation that I'm really proud of. Many would agree that managerial methods have run their course (optimization and efficiency, customers, best practices, hierarchies, ...).

3/ A different mindset is emerging in many governments around the world. Rather than focusing on improving services directly, this approach aims to cultivate the conditions from which good solutions are more likely to emerge. The emphasis is on enablement rather than delivery.
