This has got to be the most heartbreaking thing I’ve heard in a long time.... Who do we go to when the government is deaf to the cries of the people?! One of the #zamfaratwins abducted about a month ago in Zamfara telling their elder Brother they’re going to be slaughtered 💔
Someone translate this for non-hausa speakers interested for I don’t have the strength to do it 💔😭

Ppl hav been reaching out wanting to donate; the kidnappers want ₦50m for each twin & 150m for the rest; Due to d outrage on social media including the BBC broadcast on the case, the Kidnappers have tagged them as ‘children of d govt’ & are unwilling to settle for less than 100m
Where do we start from? How many people will donate how much before that kind of ransom money can be met? It’s why all those days, the focus was on getting the attention of the state and/or federal government to help get them released...
UPDATE: a family member just confirmed that kidnappers called again for further negotiations, ₦30m (thirty million naira) has been stated as the final ransom for the twins. With this we’re embarking on a fundraiser for them pending the response from the govt or emirate!

UPDATE: further negotiations have landed us at 15 million naira for the twins and I’m pleased to inform you all that the fundraiser has yielded more than half the amount at the moment. I’m afraid of giving more information than I should for obvious reasons - is why I’m briefing!

It is often perceived that when a woman has a child she automatically ‘forgets’ about being a wife to her husband and ‘marries her children’. Let’s talk about this from the northern Nigerian or even generally Nigerian point of view, shall we?!

So, in our part of the world, a husband is ‘KING’ in the home and must be treated as such. This treatment of the king must be met to the last in order for a woman to be seen as a ‘good wife’ irrespective of whatever may be going on in her own personal life.
Now this woman takes in and with time she begins the process of becoming a mother in some/a-lot of discomfort (not to sound negative but pregnancy comes with some discomfort) and of course this reduces her abilities to 100% take care of the king/husband.

GPs don't have outdated or frustrating technology. We don’t need new IT systems. We need existing systems to be better integrated with other healthcare provider systems. The NHS has been working on this for a decade and we’re almost there.
Every time a new IT package is introduced it has be run smoothly with dozens of other packages across GP practices, Hospitals, Pharmacies, District Nurses, Care homes and others. If it doesn’t it can cause all sorts of problems for patient care.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.
