30 minutes into this SAFe presentation. Lots of discussion on the importance of documentation, voting on features the teams would like to build along with roles and hierachy. At no single point has user or user needs be mentioned. Hmmm. #GOTOcph
X : What made your organisation adopt SAFe ... pressure from engineers, demands from users?

Speaker : It was a top down decision. The CIO went "we're going agile" and so we moved. The CEO now says we're all going agile.
Currently, typing a letter to my local nuclear power plant along the lines of ... "Under no fracking circumstances should you go agile just because some CEO read an article in HBR or got ambushed by strategy consultants flogging certifications"
