This might be time-consuming. But it can result in big paydays.
Sift through DMs and comments on your posts/ads to personally message the people who commented/shared your post.
Bonus: You can train a VA to do this (cc: @MarkReadings).
Before your customer gets their item(s) from you, they should hear from you a few times via email.
Set up a sequence where you can give them value (either in store credit, discounts, or to improve their day).
This will boost customer LTV.
This is something I haven't taken advantage of nearly enough...
But a good way to get people involved is to give them something for free. Or the potential to be free.
Some people may even purchase.
Worth exploring.
If you're selling something people want, you've developed a brand, and you're advertising daily...
Influencers should be reaching out to you.
Even if they're not yet (this is fine!), you should be reaching out to THEM daily.
1) Putting in the effort and 2) caring about the customer -- no matter how big or small.
If you do these things + have a product people want, it's difficult NOT to make sales.
