2. The yellow highlighted suspects all were on the July 4, 2016 treason tour to Moscow. IMO they are actively conspiring to levy war on the US. Note two are no longer in Senate. Those two are likely Mueller cooperating witnesses. Did you notice how Kelly reappeared & vanished?
3. So if the remaining 2016 class are charged and if the charges include treason they won't get bail. That charge can be made in both state & federal cases. You presume they would resign if the evidence is as clear as I expect it will be but either way they'll be in custody.
4. In many cases a GOP governor can simply appoint a replacement either pending a special election or for the remainder of the term. But that's where it gets tricky for good old "Cocaine Mitch" McConnell who himself may be in the hoosegow (jail to you city slickers) @senatemajldr
5. KS: Elected a Democrat gov and Jerry Moran was in 2016 class and went to Moscow. IMO Moran will be indicted for treason and his seat turns blue because Kansas does not require Gov to appoint Senator of same party like a few states do.
6. PA: Pat Toomey was in 2016 class. Unlike Moran he did not go to Moscow, but I'm guessing he hasn't come clean with Mueller. So having not withdrawn from the conspiracy, Mueller owns him. Like KS, PA Democratic Gov can pick Toomey's replacement irrespective of party.
7. WI: Democrat as Gov now and Ron Johnson was class of 2016 and on my list. His seat would be filed by special election but with no interim gubernatorial appointment. So with Johnson in custody seat will be vacant pending the special election. WI trends & IMO stays blue.
8. ND: John Hoeven. Class of 2016 and visited Moscow for the treason tour. ND will leave seat vacant for 30 days to special election. I’d tee up @HeidiHeitkamp. #Headsup @nddemnpl But while that is happening the Dems can elect new majority leadership.
9. Colorado: Though Cory Gardner was not in the 2016 cycle he was deep in the Koch-Russian money ecosystem. With CO having a Democratic gov, if Gardner is indicted and jailed the seat will eventually flip to Dem.
10. Finally, should it result in a tie, I'm betting Pence has already cut a deal and has been cooperating with Mueller. Otherwise he will be charged and like Agnew resign in disgrace. But I think the big Republican roundup flips the Senate.
