It costs at minimum $7 to paint steel per lineal foot including labor.
Each 20’ slat $70 ( forget the Mexican side)
$370,000 a mile.
$730 million to keep border baby from rusting and falling apart twice a year.

Long Thread!: Here's my journey to Peak Trans - I was outraged at Julie Burchill's 'anti-trans' article in The Observer. I tweeted my outrage & started interacting with TRAs/allies & (because I'm not a bigot) some radical feminists too.
Although I was on the TRA side, I thought that they were far too harsh on feminists. I was esp. horrified by the harshness coming from 'cis' males. One man I know IRL unfriended me for defending Germaine Greer, another for defending Glosswitch & 3 for defending Julie Bindel.
I also began to notice that women weren't allowed to be female in any public way at all. Couldn't organise as females, couldn't talk about female issues as women's issues, couldn't have any all-female space, words or resources. We couldn't have it, because men said so.

The Evidence Obtained Outside Cameras will not show any evidence of ‘tempering’ but other than license plates of dozens of diplomatic cars (Many with tinted windows-large trunks) with related time stamp, drivers Info, model/year: Nothing.
#Turkish Intel-Investigative Bodies also have the list of all Diplomatic & Private Saudi & “other significant’ Planes in #Turkey for the period of ‘interest.’ Many of the Target airports have their own security cameras & related evidence.

The standard operating order under Obama was AVOID INCIDENTS AT ALL COSTS. Stay out of Iran's way, stay out of Putin's way, stay out of Assad's way.

NOTHING must be allowed to jeopardize Obama's deal with the Mullahs.
Obama saw himself as the guy who's job was to manage American decline and influence in the world.

Since an Iranian nuclear hegemony over the Middle East region - with Russia's backing - couldn't be avoided, Obama's goal was to delay it until he was safely out of office.
