Mueller’s sentencing reco. It’s juicy, folks.

Cohen turned over info on:
1) how much money Trump stood to make from a Moscow hotel

2) other “discrete Russia-related matters”

3) conversations with members of the Trump Admin in 2017-18

Confirmation that the lies about the Moscow hotel project were:

1) coordinated with Trump
2) meant to influence the congressional investigation and prevent deeper scrutiny

That’s obstruction, y’all.

Mueller recommended that Cohen spend no additional time in jail for the charge he pleaded to (lying to the FBI/Special Counsel).

That is BIG in the context here...

Mueller’s sentencing memo basically details multiple additional chargeable offenses.

Mueller could’ve hammered Cohen...

...but he’s giving him a pass...

Why?

Because bigger fish are gonna catch those charges.

That’s the unsaid but it’s screaming here.

I think people are making too much of the Trump-on-Adderall thing and misattributing behaviors to an Rx that isn’t the likely culprit.

Along the reasons: Adderall is readil available in a quickly metabolizing form so there would be no real need to snort it.

People often crush meds to defeat time-release formulations.

If a pill’s compounds are made harder to breakdown, they take effect more gradually.

Crushing them defeats that onboarding speed limit and rushes and concentrate the effects.

Also, Trump seems genuinely ADHDish and the effects of Adderall on people appropriately prescribed for ADHD are vastly different than on people taking it inappropriately.

Adderall is often calming and focusing for people w ADHD. It’s primarily a stimulant for people w/o ADHD.

I will now read for myself the #Mueller #CohenSentencingMemo and comment on it here in real-time like I previously did the one from the Feds.
Mueller says Cohen ADMITTED lying to Congress specifically to conceal the president's involvement in the Moscow business project, and give false impression matter was settled before the Iowa Caucuses.
The tone of Mueller's memo seems friendlier to the Feds, which was a 38-page verbal spanking (see my thoughts on that one posted here earlier).
