2/6 Supposedly, Elon is to have potentially market-moving tweets vetted by a securities lawyer, as per his settlement with @SEC_Enforcement. Of course, we know how much he respects that particular agency. Babysitting's set to commence no later than Dec. 28. Is this a last hurrah?

3/6 Of course, we also know, thanks to his @60Minutes interview, that Our Lord Elon feels protected by the 1st Amendment & doesn't much mind if some market-moving tweets slip through the cracks on occasion. $TSLA $TSLAQ

4/6 Still, this latest tweet reveals 1 more important point: $TSLA has far worse infrastructure in EU than it does in NA. We know it's the destination for the M3 excess inventory (barring homologation issues) in 2019. That's a problem beyond Superchargers.

5/6 $TSLA is making huge promises, yet a total lack of growth capex reveals no preparations for dealing with what'll soon be profound service issues. How will Elon pay for new infrastructure sans cash? Soon enough, even his biggest cheerleaders will have to ask that Q. @jaberwock

6/6 Then again, maybe Elon is just trying to distract from new reports that his Superchargers have been lapped by the "dinosaur" OEMs. While he may content himself playing fantasy, the big boys are actually building the future without $TSLA

Addendum/ And, without homologation, the $TSLA growth narrative collapses. So we could actually be approaching a catalyst event in the next qtr. If homologation is delayed, the full weakness of sustained NA demand & ASP will be revealed. That could devastate the stock.
