This small thread is for massively misinformed (not a synonym of ”stupid“, a synonym of ”abused”) people who fell for the ”really rich guy had to interrupt his luxurious safari vacation for an invasion emergency” rhetoric -although I’m afraid not many follow me.

People, there’s a reason why you are being manipulated into being terrified at the idea that the equivalent of 0.00015 % of the UK population has landed on your shores in the past months -and told ”invaders” are the reason health services, housing, welfare aso are dysfunctional.

Because if you weren’t so obsessed about ”invaders” (and I’m going to include here ”bloody forriners” working for the NHS, building your houses, teaching your kids and injecting their taxes in the UK’s economy), you would quickly realise what the actual problem is.
Tax avoidance.

If the wealthiest do not participate, everything becomes too expensive. It’s simple maths, really. Take away the biggest contributions (FTR born from your work/your purchases) &the sum of the smallest contributions is just not enough. When the total of all contributions would be.

Even if you were to kick out all ”forriners”, your problems wouldn’t be solved. But surely a new scapegoat would be provided.
The harder your life is -when hope is all you can afford- the easier it will be to make you believe in ”happiness ever after”.

Another practical example: the EU.
Do you think it’s bad because of “finance and lobbyists”?
The thing is, if the whole house is infested, lock yourself alone in your room will not get you rid of fleas.
You want to get rid of fleas, you need to address that specific problem.

Lock the door to the house won’t help either. Build walls between the rooms won’t make any difference. Blow up the house, and you’ll end up living in ruins while the fleas feast as they thrive on disaster.
Don’t trust flea mouthpieces when they yell ”scapegoat!”.
Focus on fleas.
