👉Today the cost of farming is increasing due to rising urea cost
👉World is slowly moving toward organic/naturally produced food. This produce fetches more rate than pesticide used crop
👉This is were Gaushala's role come. Experts of natural farming in Maharashtra have proved urine n cow dung of 1 cow is sufficient for 30 acres
👉Cost of cow urea n pesticide for spraying over crops is miniscule
👉GOI gives huge subsidy on urea plus much of urea has to be imported
👉One more point which has large economic significance. There is natural gas shortage in India. Many gas based power plants
👉Urea plants r given first preference of natural gas
👉GOI has full details of urea req per acre for diff crops, which means they have data for amount spend/acre/crop
On one hand operating cost of Gaushala maintaing sufficient cows to provide cow urea n on the other hand we amount saved on chemical urea subsidy plus amt saved on power subsidy plus money gained thro selling N Gas plus water saved.
👉In current practise of urea purchase money is going out of local economy
👉Gaushala's can be maintained to service the requirement of 5-25 village cluster so money will circulate in local economy
👉Ideas of all r welcome. If we convince the Govt that maintaining Gaushala's is not a burden we can solve the cow slaughter problem.
