We must think strategically. The increasing power of digital tools to spread chaos via hacking, propaganda, etc. with anonymity & deniability means the spread of democracy and respect for law is the only long-term defense.
Educating citizens on civil society, critical thinking, Western values, unity in the free world, are also important in the long run and one of our focuses at @renew_democracy. Tactical responses are required too, but are only stop-gaps.
