▪Creating an excuse requires:

-Energy

▪Creating a solution requires:

Choose wisely.
'So creating an excuse & a solution include the same exact variables?'

Yep.

'So how come I choose the excuse route over the solution route?'

Because you think short term instead of long term.

Let me explain....
Our brains our naturally creative. We daydream on autopilot.

So we have tons of untapped creative energy with us.

How we use that energy is completely our choice.
You asked earlier why you choose excuses instead of solutions.

That's because with excuses, you create them & then you can go back to your everyday life.

With solutions, you create them & then you have to execute.

One obviously requires more work than the other.
But this is risky.

'Why?'

Because the path you choose is conditioning your brain to think a certain way.

You are conditioning your brain to choose excuses over solutions for the future.

Aka... victim mentality 101.
Which is why excuses may seem like a good short term option.

But in the long run?

It does your subconscious mind a huge disservice.
'Oh shit!! I see what you're saying. Is there anyway to fix this?'

Ya.

Find solutions to daily problems.

Exercise your brain to go from:

▪'Problems' mindset -> 'Solutions in the making' mindset
The best way to do this is:

1. Use your creative energy to solve your own problems.

2. Use your creative energy to help solve someone else's problems.

A combination of the 2 will have you thinking out of the box on autopilot.

Powerful.
'Gotcha! Does it matter if it's a big or small problem?'

Not really.

Get experience with both.

The small incremental problem solving skills will lead to momentum & a reprogrammed subconscious mind.
'Understood! No more victim minded thinking. Time to go on operation problem solving mode!'

Perfect.
