The indictment doesn't cite any of what Corsi told the grand jury, which, if true, would get much closer to a conspiracy charge for Stone. Corsi claimed Stone asked him to create cover story for Podesta tweet and asked him to contact Wikileaks ahead of Access Hollywood tape.
None of that is mentioned in the indictment. Mueller could file a superseding indictment down the road, or perhaps he views Corsi as an unreliable witness.
