This 2006 NYT story describes how Yuri Luzhkov made Sergei Polonsky an advisor when he was around 30

As Luzhkov developed Moscow City - Polonsky's firm Mirax won the bid to build Moscow’s first modern skyscraper, the Federation Tower

After the story on Don Jr placing a call to Howard Lorber broke there's been a lot of reporting on Lorber's connections to Trump

Lorber also has ties to Kushner

Lorber's Vector Group has a subsidiary New Valley Realty which has a 7% stake in Jared Kushner's Maryland property
Kushner Cos was sued by tenants for charging excessive & illegal rent on MD apartments managed by Kusher's Westminster Management Co

Kushner tried to block judge from revealing other investors, but @_willparker_ identified Lorber's subsidiary has 7% stake
