NEW: Wisconsin unions say they will file a lawsuit Monday over the lame-duck laws limiting the powers of @GovEvers and AG @JoshKaulWI.

This would be the third legal action filed over the lame-duck laws.
First, @onewisconsinnow and @CitizenActionWI argued provisions of a lame-duck law limiting earlier voting violated an existing injunction.

Next, the League of Women Voters and others filed suit claiming the legislative session was invalid and so the lame-duck laws must be thrown out. That case is pending in Dane County court.
On Monday, unions say they will bring the third legal action. That will also be in Dane County court.
Meanwhile, @Rep_Jimmy has filed a complaint with the Dane County DA contending the open meetings law was violated during the lame-duck session.
