An earlier report from @ABC said that prosecutors “plan to #subpoena” Trump’s inauguration committee, and now, the @nytimes reports that they WERE subpoenaed.😃

🔥SDNY prosecutors are probing the possibility that the inaugural committee made FALSE statements to the Federal Election Commission (FEC)👉🏼its a CRIME to knowingly make false or fraudulent statements to a federal agency.🙄

As I detailed earlier, the Feds are probing ILLEGAL foreign donations using American “straw donors.” Sam Patten already pleaded GUILTY for facilitating an ILLEGAL $50,000 donation to Trump’s inauguration committee from a Ukrainian.🙄

On one tape, Cohen spoke to Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, a top official on the inauguration. Wolkoff was fired as an adviser to Melania Trump in 2018, after the inaugural committee released its financial disclosures showing that entities controlled by Wolkoff made $26 million.🤨

The Feds now have NUMEROUS cooperating witnesses — including Trump’s personal attorney (Cohen), @Trump Org CFO Weisselberg, Trump campaign bagman (Gates) — plus ALL of their emails, texts, phone calls, and “encrypted” communications.😎

Team🇷🇺Trump should be VERY nervous.
