Chicago PD says that the scratches and bruises on Jussie Smollett's face after the incident were "likely self-inflicted."
Chicago PD says that Jussie Smollett knew where one camera was and likely wanted the staged attack to be captured on that camera, but it was pointed away so it didn't capture the incident.

NEW: All 14 members of law enforcement who fired their guns while responding to the Pulse nightclub shooting have been cleared of wrongdoing and no civilians were struck by law enforcement members during the shooting, according to results of an investigation released today.
More than 400 shots were fired during the Pulse nightclub tragedy by the shooter and 14 law enforcement members.

Not a single shot fired by officers injured or killed a civilian, acc. to the State Attorney's office.
The Pulse nightclub shooter fired a minimum of 186 times from his assault rifle and a min of 22 times from his 9 mm handgun.

He called 911 five times, googled how to spell the word "allegiance" and researched how to unjam his assault rifle while he was in the bathroom for 3 hrs

NEW: Lawyers for Michelle Carter — the woman who encouraged her boyfriend to kill himself — are asking Mass. highest court to extend the stay on her 15-month jail sentence, pending her anticipated appeal to the US Supreme Court to review her case and vacate her conviction.
Her lawyers intend to ask the US Supreme Court to consider the constitutional right to free speech in cases involving defendants (like Carter) who "with their words alone — assist, encourage, or otherwise cause other persons to commit suicide"
#MichelleCarter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter for her boyfriend's suicide in June 2017. She hasn't been in jail as her sentence was stayed until her state appeals were done. There's a 2 pm hearing today to revoke her stay so she can start serving her 15-month sentence

Justice Scarpulla finds she has jurisdiction over Trump.

She also denies the motion to dismiss on statute of limitations grounds or due to Trump’s claims of political bias, “given the very serious allegations set forth in the [AG’s] petition”
Scarpulla also finds that AG’s petition sufficiently alleges breach of fiduciary duty, as well as our claim that Trump intentionally used Foundation assets for his private interests knowing it might not be in the Foundation’s best interest.

I’ve just reviewed what appears to be Jarrod Ramos’ Twitter account. From 2012-2016, the Annapolis shooting suspect tweeted constantly about his hatred of @capgaznews: “...the fake watchdogs remain my sworn blood enemies”
In 2012-16, Ramos described the staff at @capgaznews “delusional vigilantes,” and called for the publication to close.
