Until a pollster proves me wrong, I will remain convinced that 10-15% of Americans would support slavery today
Some pollster should ask these:

1. Would you support the enslavement of African Americans today if it could improve the economy?

2. Were there any positive aspects of the Holocaust?

3. Would you support capital punishment for those convicted of illegally entering the U.S.?
And if you think this is a ploy to illuminate anonymous, benign trolls in our midst, I would also bet lunch you could ask @AnnCoulter these same questions and, at a minimum, get something other than an unequivocal "no."

Russia realized it couldn't win a kinetic war with the West and NATO. So it switched to information operations and financial operations. They're simply buying off Western leaders and organizations. This is what 21st century warfare looks like and they're absolutely owning us.
China and Saudi Arabia do this as well. And we'll see them do it more.
Geopolitical experts and historians may correct me, but I feel like in the past, adversaries bought off spies. They paid turncoats for information. Now it's different. Now they pay you to simply stay in your position and advocate for general policies that work in their favor.

Trump should resign and this is a great opportunity for Democrats to express that loudly and often
Trump is a neo-Nazi sympathizer under investigation for collaborating with a foreign power to steal an election. Last night he allowed the assault of a journalist at a political rally.

He is uniformly unfit for office and Democrats should demand his immediate resignation.
It's time.

I think it is time to address this nonsense that remainers position on Corbyn implies are somehow anti Labour. They aren't.

Remainers draw from a very wide pool. In general the remain project is apolitical though we very much stand against right wing extremists. The rise of
xenophobia and fascism should be a concern to us all and the leave campaigns have very worrying connections in that direction.

Apart from that, as we include people from across political divides our driver is not a specific political ideaology. It is the wish to continue with
a relationship that has secured peace, enhanced all our lives in one way or another and allowed us to benefit from the greatest "collective bargaining" experiment in history.

With that foundation laid I turn to the 'Corbyn' issue.

How about a #Remain manifesto, agreed & promoted by all major Remain groups? #RemainManifesto

The purpose would be to explain how, if we Remain, we can address Leave's concerns and can commit a future govnt to enact them, to the letter. 1/20
The manifesto could address the main reasons we have been told for the Leave vote.

It could focus purely on the key areas - immigration, sovereignty, EU federal plans, EU wastefulness.
It could detail precise ways in which we can protect ourselves from these concerns. 2/20
hy not compromise by changing Britain as it is today, but not by leaving the EU? And save the cost & risk of Brexit.

But I think we should only address the areas directly detailed as being the reasons for the Leave vote. Not what we suspect may be underlying. 3/20

Dad was detained in a #Texas detention center where @RAICESTEXAS consulted. Dad accepted a deportation to be quickly reunited w/ his infant child. However, the Dad was deported & NOT his child. The now 8-month-old baby has been in ORR custody for 4 months. #EndFamilySeparation

Being the financial capital through which the majority of € is traded while still keeping the £.

The UK has taken the lead in efforts for EU enlargement. It pushed for the inclusion of Eastern European states. It pushed for Turkey to get its shit together so that it could join (which it made very slow progress with, and has largely been undone by Erdogan)
After #Brexit, the UK will have no influence on EU enlargement. In fact, as setting the EU as a rival, every country that joins the EU will a) strengthen the EU, and b) unravels any trade deals that the UK will have made with that country, isolating it further.

African American interpreters are not doing cosplay of slavery. We are taking control of the narrative. Making our Ancestors 3 dimensional.
We don't just interpret slavery. Sometimes we educate people about WWI, WWII, the Civil War, etc.
