Oh wow such a huge coincidence: of all the people they could've accidentally bribed, they accidentally bribed the President's family.
Oh no, it looks like it might *not* have been a coincidence that Qatar bribed the President's family. Gosh, it looks like everybody knew what they were doing.
OMG guys you're not going to believe this, I looked at my bank accounts this morning and I saw a $184M loan from Qatar in there! What a happy accident!

Excellent. But, the case is still not won yet. Rather, SCOTUS's decision to vacate the stay of the injunction (I'll explain in a second) shows that at least Justice Roberts isn't on board with screwing over abortion rights as quickly as possible without even a record. /1
In short, several states, including Louisiana, have started passing laws to make abortions way harder to get. One of these involves requiring a doctor have active admitting privileges at a hospital within 30 miles. This substantially narrows the places that abortion clinics /2
can operate, because they need both a hospital within 30 miles and the hospital has to give them privileges -- which isn't so easy given the many religious-affiliated hospitals and the many that just don't want to get near abortions. Other cases are ongoing at the moment /3

The Virginia bill anti-choice people are screaming about prohibits abortion in the third trimester unless (a) at a licensed hospital; (b) with a doctor certifying pregnancy is "likely" to cause harm to the mother; and, (c) life support's available and used if the fetus is viable.
Here's the relevant part of the bill directly from the Virginia legislature. Strikethrough shows language that would be removed from existing law, italics shows language to be added. Most of the criticism I've seen about this is just plain false. lis.virginia.gov/cgi-bin/legp60…
I think @GovernorVA fumbled his words a bit, because he's discussing something else, i.e., when to terminate life support for neonates with terminal health conditions (he gives the example of "deformities"). That isn't addressed by VA House Bill No. 2491.
