The Senate is voting now on Bill Barr's nomination to be attorney general. 
Before the vote is closed on Barr's nomination — but after he has a majority of the Senate having voted to confirm him — the statements are pouring in.

Per DOJ, Barr will be sworn in at 4:45 pm today in the Oval Office at the White House. Chief Justice John Roberts will administer the oath of office, per DOJ.
NOTE: No press will be allowed at the swearing-in ceremony for the new attorney general, per DOJ. Only "still photographs" from the White House will be distributed.
