Last year McCabe counsel filed FOIA against OIG, FBI and DOJ saying he couldn't defend himself if he didn't know rules. Since then DOJ has litigated every moment (very expensive for Andy 🤣) OIG gives him 100 pages every 30 days and FBI just said he didn't file correctly (again)
Everything got delayed further because of the shutdown (awe shucks) anyway it's going to be awhile and that GoFundMe can only last so long.

I mean... they are being ruthless 🤣😂everything is on the up and up of course but methinks the DOJ has no problem filing motion after motion after motion, after all HE started it.... methinks that's why he's currently wh*ring himself out.

Once again FBI Vault quietly ads part 4 of McCabe’s OPR Investigative file, it’s not all that exciting but something is a bit curious. DOJ is requesting all the materials provided to his counsel for storage that were used in “official proceedings” (don’t get too excited)
His lawyers (one was Bromwich who would later represent Dr. Ford) the other, Eric Bruce signed an NDA on March 8th. The request for all the files was March 20th (12 days later) they didn’t contain any criminal procedures and as we know from above official proceedings were over🤷🏼‍♀️
It’s impossible to say exactly what these proceedings were, we know there’s some other matter happening as it’s tied up in FOIA releases but it’s possible that’s him suing about being fired. 745 pages are being withheld.

Of the many dumb moves Smollett made in this fiasco, absolute most idiotic one was the ridiculous letter sent. This dude has read too many bad scripts.
Not to mention you’re guaranteeing that Feds will step into the investigation. As I said the day it happened, suspect the letter got zero press so plan B was hatched.
Even on a super basic psychological assessment level, what kind of tree is that? Looks a lot like one of the most common trees in Nigeria, the bottle palm. Just saying.

(1) In many cases the #SouthAfrican #Boers carved oases (plural of oasis) out of arid terrain & turned said arid land into arable acreage.

The indigenous hunter-gatherers, pastoralists and fisherman did not have the knowledge that the Boers brought with them to develop the land
(2) Thus the real misappropriation is from the very families that developed the land over many generations.

This phenomenon echoes of #Rhodesia-#Zimbabwe

When the local squatters stripped the farms from the white settlers in Zim (who had developed the land), they crashed them.
(3) They lost their viability as profitable agriculture-for-profit ventures (which employed uneducated locals by the scores).

Rhodesia led to Zim which heralded the downfall of productive for-profit agricultural operations, developed by 5th generation white settlers
