*AFTER I’d personally signed a FISA warrant application to a secret court saying I’d VERIFIED Steele’s allegation that Trump was working for Russia for *years*. Yeah, then I thought it “might be possible” he was working for Russia. Credible guy
McCabe admitted under oath in Dec 2017 to Congress that the FISA warrant wouldn’t have been approved without Steele

So. Either:

1) McCabe believes Trump is a cultivated Russian asset & has been for years, with Cohen “paying off” DNC hackers

Or

2) he doesn’t believe Steele
Option 1 means he personally misled the FISA court by saying he’d verified those allegations

Option 2 means he personally misled the FISA court by using allegations he knew weren’t true just to get a warrant

REMINDER: Cohen is going to say to Congress that he doesn’t have ANY direct evidence that Trump colluded with Russia

The Clinton-funded, FBI-endorsed Steele dossier says Cohen was personally running a Trump/Russia conspiracy, including meeting in Prague to “pay off” DNC hackers
Either Cohen is lying to Congress (again) or the Steele dossier is a complete lie

As for his story about a call between Trump and Roger Stone about Assange, that’s easy to prove:

**Get a warrant for the phone call and check it even took place**

Cohen doesn’t even try to claim Trump was directing Stone to do anything or that Russia was ever mentioned

yes. I think it must be a reference to his stake in Gazprombank, and his brother working there. If Page was promised a commission on the Rosneft sale, and KS was into restructuring state companies, he must have had convos with Page Kushner/ Ivanka in Moscow.
Again the connection has to be very direct. Not 'this guy met this guy at this party in 2013'. It's a FISA warrant on the packet data of two banks whose servers were talking to the Trump server. and it was intended or thought that these comms would include....
... in some way, Trump, Page, Epshteyn, and Paul Manafort. Those four. There was a failed FISA attempt in June, and it included all four of those names. FBI was told to redraw the request more narrowly when the servers were discovered. Note: @FranklinFoer epic piece...

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.
