Others will break it down with a fine-toothed comb but here's the ultra-synopsis...

1) The FBI's initial FISA warrant application in Oct 2016 ran about 65 pages. It wasn't lightly supported...

2) Whatever is in the redacted sections proved to a FISA judge's satisfaction that Carter Page was actively working as an agent of Russia

2/
3) The Steele dossier was a source but judging from the redactions, was corroborated or accompanied by a far larger volume of sensitive intelligence

4) Contrary to Moron McGee (Devin Nunes), the warrant satisfactorily describes the nature of Steele dossier and its source

1/ Whenever I ask for evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, I get this circular-reasoning response:
How do you know that there was no collusion?
My answer: I'm NOT claiming there was no collusion, but I see #ZEROEvidence that Trump colluded. SHOW me your EVIDENCE!
2/ If I were to claim that you murdered someone, I would need to provide evidence of this. My claim does not make it have some sort of merit. If you insist you did not do this and want me to stop pushing such as accusation in public b/c it really did not happen, that makes sense.
3/ Would an innocent person remain silent in the face of a massive campaign by those who don't like that person making unsubstantiated claims? Would they not want to put an end to it? If I were #Trump, I would want this thing shut down too as it looks to be a witch hunt.

There is some interesting stuff in Grassley/Graham's referral to DOJ. Here's what the G/G referral tells us.
(1) The October 2016 FISA warrant application seeking surveillance of Carter Page disclosed that Steele compiled the dossier at the direction of a political client.
(2) At the time of the October 2016 warrant application, FBI believed Steele had not previously disclosed dossier information to anyone but FBI and his client.
(3) FBI came to learn Steele made a media disclosure in October 2016, broke off its relationship with him, and noted this in its subsequent warrant renewals.
