I'd be curious to see if @vickerysec might be aware of any approx-75-page lists of potential voter segments that were found in any of those breaches he uncovered - or 25-page lists (for 3 states), or 15-page lists (for 5 states)...
where the full specs for each segment could be identified if, say, any Russian agents had access to terabytes of data obtained from VoterVault/Data Trust either via Cambridge Analytica or the SMARTech breach...

FWIW, if it were printouts of spreadsheets, 75 pages at about 50 rows per page, that would be just about the exact number of precincts in WI.

I wish I had a list of precincts by State/city classed urban/suburban/exurban/rural, 'cause that would give me a more accurate playground with some info I have access to ( but I think is still embargoed :\ )
