1-There is some concern expressed that if Trump loses in 20 he'll refuse to go. So today, I did some research. I'm in the process of writing about it, but I thought that I'd share at least this with you all now. -In response to the question about whether a President can declare

3-and the separation of powers cannot be suspended by a state of emergency or declaration of war. If Trump is not reelected, & his party claim irregularities. in 1/21, Congress meets with the Electoral College & re-tallies the votes, then the Pres Pro-Tem of the Senate formally
4-announces the winner of the election. In accordance with that announcement, whomever the winner is will be inaugurated on 1/20/21. Should Trump refuse to transfer power (leave the WH) he could then be most ungracefully removed by the DOD, the new President and the Joint Chiefs
5-call in the military and they enact the transfer of power. And for now, that's all I know. Once my piece is written, I'll post it for you all here. No worries, kids, he loses, he leaves, one way or the other.
