Donald Trump prefers dictatorships. He respects men who crush their people. He openly longs for their power and longs for a society that worships him. He believes them. He seeks them out. This isn’t hidden. It’s right there in the open. Stop living in denial.
Stop reporting on this like any of it’s normal. We’re at a tipping point, for the country, for the world, for history. He openly wants totalitarianism and the Republican Party and foreign powers are enabling him. This is real and it’s a crisis.
Stop treating this like it’s spectacle. Like it’s just something weird that happened. It’s been coming for a long, long time, and if people who know better, who have responsibilities here, if they don’t step up and see this for what it is, it’s going to get so much worse.
