Yes, there are some economic difficulties in Venezuela (caused largely by an economic war waged by the US and right-wing opposition). But I still did not see many homeless people there

I didn't see a single person eat out of the garbage over nearly 4 weeks in Venezuela. But I saw multiple people eat out of the garbage my first day back in NYC

I also saw more homeless people my first day back here than in all my time in Venezuela

The hypocrisy is breathtaking
The US is the world's richest country and largest empire, but has enormous numbers of homeless and hungry people

Venezuela is a formerly colonized country suffering under a crippling economic war, but still deals with these problems *exponentially better*

This is an outrageously misinformed statement, @AOC. The problem in Venezuela is not a "failure of democracy" from the government; it's a violent right-wing US-backed opposition that has dropped all pretense of wanting democracy and demanded a coup and war

Why not look up what the Leader has done on the issue?

He's the one who got STOP and others through. You would know this if you weren't busy crapping on the bills on @60Minutes.
The Senator has said previously when talking with constituents, including KY student groups that with school safety being extremely important, it is something that local, state, and federal officials should be working together on. That is clearly what he meant here.

Extremely important tweet which needs to be understood to deal with the complexity of the current situation.

Conspiracy theory (the science of *real* conspiracies) emphasizes both differential information (everybody has different knowledge) and MINIMIZATION of access to info.
A very curious but important point is that there is no reason allied conspiracies cannot insulate information from each other. Indeed, it is OPTIMAL that such insulation takes place. Think of bundled electrical wires, or access control in object-oriented programming. It's SMART.

Following the direct intervention of President Bashar al-Assad, the Russian force pulled out this morning and avoided any clash with #Hezbollah in the area.

hezbollah maantin and kept all positions. The #Russia/n move was not coordinated.+

#Hezbollah did not...I repeat, did not pull out one single element from the area.

I spoke to people on the ground: The Russian decision was unclear and considered unwelcome by the forces on the ground. Still, many elements of this move are unclear.
