Today is March 6th the Birthday of my mother a woman of Truth, Honor, and Integrity. She always told me that you have to fight for the Truth. Here we are, even if sometimes I feel like a dead fish.

I want to go back to the famous dinner with Gerty-Z, Mytchondria, the ex husband of Mytchondria and my Daugther. The dinner occured late July 2014. Mytchondria (I should say old Mytchondria) initiate the process by inviting me out for drinks with Gerty_z (see email)

My partner was in Europe with my other daugther and I decided to stay in Nashville to be close to the lab during a difficult time with my second daugther. Therefore I replied to Mytchondria that, at the time, I belived was a friend the following email (see below).

I did not know that they were blogging and tweeting about the lawsuit and things about me and my lab like I was guilty by default (see few example). I promise u I have plenty from Gerty_z too. The question that I still have to answer is why they came to my house. Why the wanted

it so badly, why they wanted to violate my privacy and scare my daugther for life on wether we should wellcome people to our house.

For sure I had no interest in having people to my house taking this kind of pictures or having atrocious conversations about students.

The dinner ended after a few hours and the day after I received complimentary email both from Dr. Mclaughin and the ex husband (see below). There was not a single complain either at the dinner or immediatly after the dinner.

In early December 2014 I discovered who is Gerty_z and who was Mytchondria and I reported the tweets to the appropriate offices and my former institution. I thought that this will be it I was done my job the institution will investigate.

That Dr. Mclaughlin was a witness in my TitleIX. However, in May 2015, almost a year after the dinner and 5 months after my first complain about the tweets I receive a notice from the EOD office that Gerty_z complained about the dinner.

I cannot go in details since the process is suppose to be confidential. However I feel the need to explain the "GUN" story.

Yes I do have a gun and also a permit to have it. The reason why my partner and I bought a gun is because some broke into my house at night a few months before that famous dinner. We were defenceless. It took the police 20 minutes to arrive.

The gun was in my holster all the time and got expose when I was cooking. I explained that I have a permit and I did not had the time to put it in the safe immediatly because I was late in preparing dinner.

I did not think was such a problem since Dr. Mclaughlin asked me to take her to the range to shoot my pistol, which I did. The ex husband can testify about this. You can see that I was not the one interested in guns

Since my reporting in 2014 has been a constant attach against me, my lab and my family. I will give you a few examples

more recently, just because I was in the buildinding where I worked for 20 years to write a paper with a student. How I said, I never been found guilty of anything or being fired from Vanderbilt University

Even on pubpeer. It is not me I am not the person behind this. My last and only Title IX investigation was in 2014. I never report anyone on pubpeer

But all of this is not stopping. People are becaming more a more aggressive I am beeing called a rapist and asked if I sexually assaulted my daugther

It this what our leader are becaming. Is this what scientists do in their free time. Like a person that I always considered a fantastic scientist now is she claming that I got promoted because I harass someone? Under FOIA you can ask the results of my investigations. Be my guest.

what is this, where people sign a declaration where they are are willing to tank one of the score evaluation of NIH grants if coming from my former institution not knowing the facts. Is this conflict of interest? should these people be on study sections? Can they really

review grants with no bias? I hope that the NIH director or CSR will look into this. Bye
