Current topic: trying to find product-market fit when people say they love your app but then refuse to use it. 🤔🤔🤔
Recurring theme: Have a specific idea in mind of who your ideal customer is and is not, so you can build the right thing. If you don't know, talk to people every day.
Lots of founders are into freemium, giving something away for free, then trying to upsell customers. I'm a fan of the opposite. Whenever possible, build a company where you can charge everyone. @ahrefs, for example, even has a paid trial! 👌
If you're an indie hacker, you gotta get paid. Let other people give their products away for free.
