Something to think on. Just now i am reminded of someone a long, long time ago. His name was Joshua. He was a servant of God. He was favored of God. Joshua was asked by God to do something that most people would say is crazy. Who remembers what that is?
Joshua was instructed by God to gather just a very small army to walk around a certain city. Not to fight, not to attack, but just march. While Joshua and his small army were doing that, the people of that city laughed and mocked them. They were full of pride and arrogance.
While the people of that city were full of pride and arrogance, Joshua and his men were full of faith in their God. The walls of that city were going to come down. They were full warned. They laughed, and mocked, and scorned Joshua. Until that last march around the wall!
On their very last circle around the wall, the cities walls began to tumble. They were collapsing right before everyone's very eyes. How could this be? Oh But God! We are not meant to fight some battles my friends. We are to just believe in our God, and let him fight the battles!
Though we can not see our God, we know he is real. The devil knows God is real and is terrified of him. There is no greater force in the world then God. He is the creator of all. Yes he even created the devil. So ask yourself one question. If God created the devil,who is greater?
Can creation overpower its creator? I don't think so. Though God remains silent for a period of time, when he does speak, the earth will tremble with fear. The whole of the earth will know who the one and true God is. For most it will be too late. For those of us of faith, GLORY!
It is truly a fearful thing to fall in the hands of a living God. No one will stand before him claiming dominance. All will kneel and declare he is God of all.
