I'm just catching up with the detail, but it seems the Speaker's statement ruling out a 3rd MV on an identical/similar Brexit deal (plus associated points of order) took an hour. You can catch it on iPlayer (BBC Parliament channel) by rewinding to 15:33.

Regardless of your views on Brexit, it's a victory for the proper functioning of Parliament, something the Government have been making a breakneck effort to sabotage in every possible way they can.
I love the bit where he points out that no intervention has been needed since 1920, not because the rules have changed, but because until now a century of MPs have stuck to them.
If you get a chance to catch up, it's a truly magnificent statement by John Bercow. Gives the Government both barrels, again and again, in the most polite and professional way possible. Mic drop from the edge of the atmosphere.
