Focus on economic forecasts is a distraction and easily deflected as “project fear”. Deal with facts. Leave votes were cast on constant solid promises that the process of #Brexit would be easy and simple. It is provably the opposite. This unravels the binding nature of any vote.
It really is as simple as that. And any campaigning which does not have at its very core the notion “they told you it would be a breeze; is it?” is doomed to get mired in the same forecasting tit-for-tat that confused the last one.
People *feel* in their bones that this is going very badly. Every single poll confirms it, by orders of magnitude. Zero in on that. Instead of trying to convince people of something they don’t believe, get them to acknowledge what they already know.
