Prosecutors don't draw "conclusions," they make allegations. Juries make conclusions in this country. It really doesn't matter what digs Robert Mueller takes a @realDonaldTrump. It's going to look and will be petty. If he had a case, he would've brought it. #MuellerReport
On obstruction, he didn't bring the case because he didn't have one. Obstruction requires corrupt intent, and since he didn't do anything to cover up, he couldn't have obstructed anything.

And that speaks nothing of whether POTUS could ever obstruct by firing someone.
For starters, firing a director doesn't stop an investigation at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). Those who claim that know that, and count on you NOT knowing it to sustain their argument. Secondly, directors serve at the pleasure of the president. #MuellerReport
